Shipping & Returns

We currently ship within the United States only.

Please allow 2–3 business days for us to make and package your order before it ships. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the carrier’s transit time on top of that, not included in it.

If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 15 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Please reach out to us before sending anything back so we know it’s coming. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we’ll make it right. Refunds are issued once we receive the returned item.

Custom-order pieces are made specifically for you and are final sale — they can’t be returned.
